Introduction

The shaking table is a gravity concentration equipment suitable for separating gold, tungsten, tin, uranium, iron, manganese, chromium, titanium, zirconium, and other nonferrous, ferrous, rare and precious metal minerals in the 2-0.037 mm ore sand and slime grades. It is also suitable for recovering finished gold, copper, silver, and other precious metals from various slag, waste circuit boards, waste wires and cables, waste batteries, etc. It can separate pyrite in the 4-0.037 mm size range; after appropriately changing the form of the table bars, it can separate fine coal and coal slime, monazite, rutile, quartz sand, fluorite, silica, and other nonmetals, as well as sort other mixed materials with sufficient specific gravity difference and appropriate particle size composition.

Our company primarily produces 6-S shaking tables and Yunxi shaking tables. The prominent advantage of the 6-S shaking table is its high sorting accuracy. The raw ore can be sorted once to obtain the final concentrate, middlings, and waste tailings. At the same time, it can also obtain concentrates of multiple minerals at once. The concentrate has a high enrichment ratio, high sorting efficiency, simple operation, and easy maintenance. Compared to European and American shaking tables, it offers a very high cost-performance ratio.
