Introduction

The composite crushing ratio is large,and the maximum crushing ratio can reach the discharge particle size,which can be adjusted at will,free from the impact of plate hammer and lining plate wear,without screen bar setting.it is not easy to block when crushing materials with high moisture content and mud content;with elastic adjustment mechanism,entering into the non crushing materials can automatically discharge without damage to the equipment;with horizontal arrangement of bearings,long service life and crushing temperaturehigh materials(such as cement clinker;the rotor body of this product has a unique structure,and the rotor body is almost free of wear when crushing materials;the rear cavity is equipped with a screw rod or hydraulic opening mechanism,so the vulnerable parts can be easily replaced without starting the main equipment..

Working principle

The materials fall vertically into the high-speed rotating impeller from the upper part of the machine. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force,they collide and smash with the materials distributed around the impeller in the form of umdrella.After the materials collide with each other,they collide and rub with each other for many times between the impeller and the shell, and smash and discharge directly from the lower part,forming a closed circuit and many times of ciculation,and sieving.Equipment control to achieve the required finished product granularity.
