Introduction

When the screw screen washing maching is working,the processsd materials are first put into the bucket drum sand washing device.After screening in the drum device,the qualified materials in two kinds of material barrels with different particle sizes are directly sent to the belt for transportation.The screened materials enter the middle water storage tank,and the qualified materials enter the back-end dehydration device for dehydration after cleaning and screening by the screw blades,In the water storage tank,it is pumped into the separation and wecovery unit by the high,pressure water pump,and after centrifugation and concentration,the feasible material plate is seht to the dedydration unit for dehysration treatment.Waste water and impurities are discharged into the return water tank through the separation and recovery device.

Application
1.Vibrating screen using polyurethane screen than other types of screen life longer,and will not plug holes.
