Introduction

CTB series drum type permanent magnetic separator is usually applied in wet process to recover or remove the fine partide minerals with strong magnetism. With the function of continuously feeding and discharging, the magnetic separator has the features of high magnetic intensity, large working gap, and huge processing capacity.

Ater the ore pulp is fed into the magnetic area,the high magnetism minerals will be absorbed on the surface of drum while the minerals with weak or nonmagnetic minerals will be discharged out Rotating along with the drum,the high magnetism minerals will be taken out the magnetic area and washed into the concentrates tank by water.

The drum could be configured with 3 types of tank which are respectively the fair-current,counter-curent,and semi-counter-curent so as to adapt to diferent separation requirement.

The fair-current type is applicable for roughing and deaning concentration of 6-0mm minerals.

The counter-curent type is applicable for roughing and scavenging concentration of 0.6-omm minerals, as well as heavy medium recovery in coal separation industr.

The semi-courter-current type is applicable for roughing and cleaning concentration of 0.5-0mm minerals, especially the cleaning of 0.15-0mm minerals.
